The following 3 step registration process must be completed by each team competing at SAFECON 2025. Please read the instructions carefully and complete the steps in order.
The deadline to register all contestants, coaches, and advisors is Friday, April 25, 2025.
This allows the minimum time needed for NIFA to confirm headcounts to vendors, finalize an aircraft parking plan, order materials, print ID badges, and finalize the official SAFECON program.
The SAFECON registration fee is $140 per contestant, coach, or advisor. Registration includes access to all SAFECON 2025 events - including ability to compete in each event (as permitted by the NIFA Red Book and Bylaws), as well as sponsored meal and social events throughout the week. Registration also includes a welcome bag and ticket to the Awards Banquet.
To pay as an individual or pay for your entire team, use the Register Your Team link on the SAFECON 2025 page of the NIFA website.
(Note: Guests may purchase banquet tickets and should reference Visitor Resources on the SAFECON 2025 page of the NIFA website.)
Certain information must be collected from each team prior to SAFECON. One Coach or Advisor per team must fill out the following form to submit items such as team picture (for the official program), estimated arrival date, competing aircraft, insurance paperwork, etc.
